Cancellations/
Changes
Changes made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total
Same day cancelations will be charged 100% of service total
No Call/No Show
If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service, and you will not be able to book future appointments
Lateness
We have a 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text to let us know. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your service, you may be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
Credit Card Required
Keeping a credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge your card the amount stated above in cancellation policy.
